General conditions


By making the reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

1. Rates are subject to local taxes and sales taxes.

2. A cleaning fee, 80,00 € may be applicable in case the apartment is not returned own, you can also request this package when booking.

3. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your dates and secure the accommodation. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

4. The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date (or before). Upon receipt of full payment, we will send you the latest instructions, including instructions and details recording.

5. Bookings made within 30 days of the date of arrival must be in full regulated, (see 9).

6. Pets are allowed in some of our apartments, please let us know contact to check the possibility. And it is forbidden to smoke inside the property. In case of non-compliance with these rules, a minimum charge of € 100.00 will be levied on your deposit.

7. Check-in is from 15:30 on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 on the day of departure.

8. A security deposit, with credit card, of € 200.00 is required to ensure security against damage caused by malice, inventory discrepancies or excessive maintenance costs. Subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure, the deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure. It must be paid by card when you check in.

9. Once the apartment has been confirmed, it can no longer be replaced by another house without financial compensation, in accordance with the cancellation policy.

10. All apartments have a basic supply of toiletries and kitchen items. Customers are responsible for purchasing / providing any additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.

11. Each property is provided with an information manual that may contain general and specific information about the property and the surrounding area. Pay attention to waste and parking requirements.

12. Please note that:

* No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your stay.

* The deposit can not be refunded on the day of departure.
